Shelter for young people

Hope Street is an emergency shelter for young people aged 18-24, offering supportive housing and holistic care.

Hope Street’s trauma-informed care model creates safe spaces for youth to receive support for 30-90 days as they work to secure permanent housing.

Help in Action: Hope Street for homeless youth

As the largest youth shelter in Minnesota, Hope Street offers a range of supportive services to help young people aged 18-24 overcome homelessness. With a focus on trauma-informed care, Hope Street provides essential services like case management, mental health counseling, and life skills training.

The shelter’s goal is to provide a temporary safety net while equipping young people with the tools they need for long-term independence and future success.
