Parking and entry for Evergreen Residence
When you arrive
You must enter through the front of the building which has two doors. Enter Evergreen Residence through the RIGHT front door. When you arrive, the door will be locked. Ring the doorbell on the right. Proceed to the desk, sign in (including your car make, color & license information) and put on your volunteer or visitor badge. Please don’t forget to sign out when you leave.
Parking
You may park in the front lot or the lot in back of the building accessed by the alleyway to the right of Evergreen residence. If no spots are available, pay parking is available at Glenwood (Farmers Market) Lot- 225 East Lyndale Avenue North. (Despite the address, the lot is accessed from Glenwood Avenue.) To get to that lot, take a left out of the parking lot onto Glenwood Avenue. Proceed west on Glenwood Avenue, cross East Lyndale Avenue and turn into the lot entrance which is the first drive on your left and under the freeway. Please follow the signage very closely.
