Catholic Charities Twin Cities serves nearly 25,000 people every year. Many of our programs offer basic necessities that give Minnesota children, adults, and families the stability they need for an improved quality of life.
We rely on essential donations of new items like clothing, food, toiletries, and other personal items to support people most in need. These gifts may seem small – but for many, they can be life-changing.
Several items are always needed. Please refer to our client needs list below to see what items are in highest demand.

- Shave kits (razor with travel size shave cream)

- Belts (men’s adjustable or stretchy)

- Sweatshirts and sweatpants (active wear, crew or hooded medium-5XL)
Hygiene items
- Foot powder (full and travel sizes)
- Coily textured hair products (braiding kits, deep conditioner, styling products)
- Deodorant (gender neutral)
- Lotion (full size and travel)
- Body spray and perfumes
- Shampoo (full and travel sizes)
- Toothpaste (full and travel sizes)
- Body wash or 3-in-1 (full and travel sizes)
- Bar soap (full and travel sizes)
- Feminine hygiene products (tampons)

- Towels (bath, hand and washcloths)
- Air beds with pump (twin, full, and queen)
- “Bed in a Bag”/Bed set (twin, full, and queen)
- Sheet set (twin, full, and queen)

- Cooking pot with lid (2qt-4qt)
- Frying pan (8in-12in)

Note: All donations must be shelf stable (not needing refrigeration) and within the expiration date.

The Catholic Charities Twin Cities Distribution Center is located at 341 Chester St., Saint Paul, MN 55107. Please email us for directions and to arrange a drop-off time, or shop Catholic Charities’ Online Wishlist and ship items directly to us.
If you have any questions or are planning a drive to collect specific items, please email our team at the Distribution Center to get updated information on our most immediate needs.

Effective February 1, 2014, Catholic Charities no longer accepts used items. To donate used items, please contact these local organizations:

Donations can be dropped off at Catholic Charities Distribution Center between Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
