Minnesota Homeless Day on the Hill 2026
Homeless Day on the Hill 2026
Join hundreds of advocates and community partners on Wednesday, March 11th for this year’s Homeless Day on the Hill — where we will continue to grow our statewide presence with lawmakers and ensure that everyone has a safe and dignified place to call home.
Event info
Minnesota Homeless Day on the Hill 2026 is on Wednesday, March 11th. The event is hosted by Minnesota Coalition for the Homeless, to urge lawmakers to take action to end Minnesota’s homelessness crisis. This annual event presents an opportunity for Minnesotans to hear from local elected officials, meet their lawmakers, and network with fellow advocates.
There will be no morning program this year, and instead, it will be a pre-recorded prep video available to watch online in advance on Minnesota Coalition for the Homeless’ website. It will spotlight policy priorities and offer guidance on how to effectively engage with lawmakers.
On March 11, later in the morning and into the afternoon, there will be several in-person opportunities for those who are able to participate, including scheduled individual meetings with lawmakers. For these to happen, you will need to register for the day.
Last Year’s Event
Is this your first time attending Minnesota Homeless Day on the Hill? Advocates should plan to arrive at the Capitol early enough to prepare for lawmaker meetings. If you have any questions about this year’s event, please contact us.
