We empower vulnerable elders and individuals with disabilities to live safely and independently through person-centered support. Our intensive case management and advocacy services are dedicated to this mission.
By safeguarding children and supporting families, we cultivate thriving communities. Our comprehensive approach, from early parenting education to preventive services, positions us as leaders in creating brighter futures for all.
Locations
With facilities across the Twin Cities, Catholic Charities works tirelessly to prevent poverty, respond to immediate crises, and offer pathways to greater stability. We strive to create a more just and equitable society for all by fostering strong partnerships with community organizations and individuals.
Catholic Charities Program Sites are located on ancestral, traditional, and contemporary lands of the Dakota people. As we continue to work toward a mission and vision rooted in human dignity, it is important to acknowledge the nations upon whose land we live, learn, and work.
This acknowledgment is just one of the many ways we are committed as an organization to better honoring, supporting, and advocating for indigenous peoples, and to better understand our relationship to this history. There is still much work to do.
Providing help where it’s needed most
Every day, in every corner of the Twin Cities, we provide support and solutions for the most vulnerable members of our community, regardless of their faith, identity, background, or circumstance. Our services are not just amenities – they are essential building blocks for improving lives and a cornerstone of our region’s social service infrastructure.
Through direct services such as housing and employment training programs and partnerships with nonprofits, government agencies, and neighbors like you, we provide help for those most in need to create a foundation for healthier, more equitable communities.
