Deeply Affordable Housing
A place to call home
Catholic Charities Twin Cities provides deeply affordable housing options for individuals, veterans, and youth with extremely low or no incomes. These single unit and efficiency apartments are available at a rate that is significantly below market value, providing people a stable and safe place to live. Our deeply affordable housing includes additional supportive services and resources to help improve the overall quality of life for those who may otherwise struggle to meet their basic needs.
Housing for chronic substance use disorders
A stable environment
With dignity and compassion, we offer a refuge to individuals who struggle with chronic alcohol and substance addiction. Catholic Charities provides deeply affordable housing and supportive services such as managed alcohol models for people who have not found success with traditional chemical dependency treatment programs. Through counseling, we help to reduce the harm associated with public intoxication, such as arrests, hospitalizations, and exposure to the elements.
